Agreement

These terms apply to services provided by Singabakho Property Solutions to a client who accepts a quote or books a service by phone, WhatsApp, email or through this website.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where possible, an assessment of the property.
• If the condition or size of the property differs materially from what was described, we will discuss a revised price before continuing.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Bookings and access

• Booked dates and times are confirmed in writing by email or WhatsApp.
• The client must provide safe access to the property, along with water and electricity where the service requires it.
• If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move a booking. Late cancellations may be charged to cover scheduling and travel costs.

Payment

• Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice.
• A deposit may be required for larger projects or specialised pest treatments.
• Late payment may result in suspension of scheduled services.

Service standards

We carry out work using appropriate products, equipment and methods. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, tell us within 48 hours so we can inspect the work and correct anything that falls short of the agreed scope.

Pest control conditions

Pest treatments depend on preparation by the client, the condition of the building and surrounding activity. We will explain preparation and re-entry requirements before treatment. Follow-up visits, where quoted, form part of the treatment plan.

Liability

We take care on every property. Pre-existing damage, wear on fabrics and surfaces, and items that are fragile or not disclosed before work starts remain the client's responsibility. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Client responsibilities

• Remove or secure valuables and sensitive documents before our team arrives.
• Inform us of pets, allergies, medical conditions or sensitive materials on site.
• Point out any surfaces or items that need special handling.
